Established in July 2004 by Deniz Turan, Olive Tree fast became one of Norwich's most popular take away restaurants. The first store was opened on Prince of Wales Road, the lively bar and club district of Norwich city centre. But due to ever-growing popularity Olive Tree soon branched out, opening stores in Ipswich and Chelmsford in 2006 and 2008 respectively.
Olive Tree has always prided itself on providing the tastiest Pizzas, succulent Kebabs and the most delicious Burgers. In our constant search for perfection, we use only the finest ingredients to make our food, and it is all cooked using traditional Mediterannean methods by our skilled chefs.
And now, with our new Alcohol Delivery Service, we can even provide you with the perfect wine or beer to accompany your meal. We are fully licensed up until 5am, so give us a call for your evening meal or your post pub grub!

Olive Tree offers a Free Delivery service to selected urban areas throughout South-East England. Each store has a limited delivery area. If you are not in one of our delivery areas please do not order through this site. If you are unsure then please call and order to confirm you are within our delivery zones.
Payment
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted.
- PayPal
When payment is available by cheque you will be required to show a valid cheque guarantee card to the delivery person. Please check with your local store who cheques should be made payable to.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Olive Tree needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.
Payment methods may vary from store to store.
Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
Amendments to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 45 mins prior to the start of the delivery window booked.
Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 45 minutes before the delivery window begins. Amends to the order must be made by phoning the store direct. Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised.
The delivery time slot may be altered up to 45 minutes before the start of your order window. The order can only be changed to a new time slot if it is available.
Orders may be cancelled in full up to 45 minutes before the start of the delivery window selected. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within 7-10 working days.
Cancellations within 45 minutes of the start of the delivery window will be charged in full.
Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Olive Tree store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Some of our meat toppings desserts and ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
If you suffer from an allergy of food intolerance please visit our website and follow the link on the menu page, where you will find full details of allergens in our foods.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, chicken dippers and chargrilled chicken and ham toppings may contain traces of bone.
Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.
Starters, drinks and desserts are only delivered with a pizza.
Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering pizza at the time we quote.
Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
Latest Order Time
Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
